Their exchange policy is a joke. I bought a dress that did not fit my flower girl. After 1 month of their staff telling me the correct size would be in "Next Week" they finally told me that the manufacturer had stopped making the size I required. This was 2 weeks before my wedding. Thankfully Sears had a beautiful dress at half the cost, but I am still fighting with Adorable Kids to refund my money. They are extremely unprofessional. I would avoid them at all costs.
