If you are looking for a string quartet, definitely contact Accolade Musicians. They are amazing musicians and are reasonably priced. They provided music as our guests were arriving to the ceremony, our ceremony music, and music for our cocktail hour. They can seriously play just about anything! All of our guests were very impressed and the music for our ceremony was just perfect. Victor was very quick to respond to all my emails and had great suggestions for helping me select songs for our ceremony. This group is awesome! :)

The musicians were wonderful to work with. Victor was great throughout the whole process. They play such a wide range of music and all of our guests were complementing us on how great they were. Book them, you will not regret it.

victor sotelo along with his group of musicians were beyond phenomenal for my wedding. he was able to obtain the stevie wonder arrangements for my ceremony and they played beautifully. i was definitely an overeager bride and victor was kind an understanding. i offered to pay fee in order to preview the songs we requested for our ceremony (did i mention i was an overeager bride??). i have since learned requesting to preview your ceremony music is a bit untoward. victor never once made me feel as if my requests were unusual and i really appreciate that gesture. all this to say it never hurts to ask and be willing to pay for the musicians time!

My wife and I were looking for a quartet that could play both traditional wedding music for our ceremony and also spice things up a bit for our cocktail reception after. Accolade hit the right note: they were totally familiar with even the obscure pieces of wedding music that my wife requested and offered interesting music for our reception. In discussing cocktail music with them, I very much appreciated how they talked in terms of themes. I simply cannot name enough entertaining string music to fill 2 hours, so it was great to talk of lively chamber music, romantic operas, and latin tango. They took it from there by offering a slew of pieces that they within those themes.

At the wedding, they executed more than competently on what we had discussed. They arrived on time, relieving my mother of additional stress, and came with sound equipment because they knew from having played before at our venue that it was a must. They also provided a mic for our pastor which saved us some money. They played a preclude for forty minutes before the ceremony which was very welcoming to our guests. I honestly cannot remember the ceremonial music all that much since I was so focused on all the goings on, including my bride, but several guests made note of their beautiful playing to me later. Their performance during the cocktail hour I remember more clearly, and they deserve kudos for it. They showed such verve throughout the pieces that our gathering felt like a very special event, not simply another wedding. Plus, the pieces they chose filled the transition from ceremonial music to the jazz band very nicely.

In all, I couldn't have asked anything more of them. They are a highly competent and thoughtful group of musicians.

When I contacted Accolade for a string quartet, they gave me pricing for a trio or a quartet. I didn't realize that my contract was for a trio until the week of the wedding. My bad.

Luckily, they were able to find a fourth performer. They went above and beyond because they took the time to learn some songs for us. I wanted to enter to Coldplay's Clocks and we wanted to exit to Enya. They learned the songs and they sounded PERFECT. I would highly recommend.
