Veronica assisted me with booking rooms for my wedding at the National Harbor. We had already been working with another planner (who was also great!) by the time we met Veronica, so I didn't have the pleasure of working extensively with AC Events. Veronica of AC Events is positively incredible. She met with my wife and I for an hour while tasting cake. In that hour she learned what we wanted, how much we wanted to pay for it and our personal tastes. Her recommendations are golden and all you have to do is trust her. When it comes to wedding planning she is always correct. She returns calls and emails promptly and most importantly she listens. You know that she has other clients, but you feel like you are her only client. When life happens and you are stressed you can tell her to take over and know that she will never dissappoint you. Veronica Cole is a true professional. She booked the hotel rooms for our wedding. As things went awry--people backed out, people needed upgrades, people forgot to tell the hotel our names to get their discount--Veronica dealt with it. The final, crowning achievement of her involvement with our wedding was when one of our guests needed a crib for their infant and the hotel, which had promised them one, DID NOT HAVE IT. Can you imagine spending the night with an infant in a hotel room with no crib? They were understandably upset. We called Veronica. With one phone call, she got the hotel to get a crib from another hotel and deliver it, free of charge, to our guests. Yay! She really saved us like that several times. Awesome.

AC Events made the room block process for my wedding a breeze. I wanted to reserve rooms at different price points for my 250+ guests and Veronica with AC Events handled all the leg work for me. She negotiated with the hotels for me and we wound up with amazing rates at two of the nicest luxury hotels in Miami.
