1st Class Limousine Service really didn't live up to its name. They did an all right job with escorting us to/from the hotel, church, etc. -- but there were probably more negatives than positives.
The service was just average. The limo was clean and the driver got us to/from all our destinations, but there was nothing impressive about it.
Responsiveness wasn't so great. If my wife hadn't gotten the driver's cell phone number, I'm not sure we all would have made it to the church when we needed to get there. She had to call the driver to give him instructions on when/where to pick us up. When the groomsmen and I headed to the church, the driver didn't know how to get there and I had to give him directions.
My wife wasn't happy that the limo decided to park in an obscure spot behind the church. After spending all that money, we would have expected the driver to park in a more prominent place and be more attentive to our needs.
I would definitely say shop around, and only consider 1st Class Limousine Service if there's nothing better out there.
