Can I order samples?

Many of our items can be purchased in one unit quantities if you are interested in seeing a sample prior to placing a larger order. Simply add one item to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout to place your sample order.If you are looking at a favor that requires you to purchase in multiples of a specific quantity, the favor must be ordered in that way. This is because some of our products come prepackaged in specific quantities. If you want a sample of a personalized product then you will receive this item without your personalization. This item would just be a generic sample from a previous printing or an over-run for you to evaluate the quality and stlye of the particular item. The product must be ordered in its minimum quantity.

What payment options do you except?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and bank debt cards). We also accept payment via PayPal.

How do I know when an order has been shipped?

We will email you with a UPS tracking number when your order ships from our warehouse.

What is your pricing policy?

Many of the wedding favors and gifts are unique and custom made products designed specifically for our customers. However if you find an identical item on another website that is advertised as having a lower price, we do offer a 100% price match guarantee. We will match the price of a competitor if: The product is the exact same item from the same manufacturer, and must be in stock. We will take into account the total cost of the order including shipping. Please email us if you have a price match request. Please note, ebay auctions are not eligible for price matching due to the nature of the transactions.

What about Shipping and Delivery times?

We ship all orders via UPS. Most orders are shipped out in 3-5 business days. For personalized tags / personalized favors, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.

Guarantee/Returns

We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything (EXCEPT personalized or edible items) for any reason or no reason. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you need to return something, please send an email to returns@planningpad.com or call us within 30 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns within 30 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging.
