Dream Day DJ's is the absolute best when it comes to your wedding day music! Jake is fantastic to work with, a fabulous entertainer, and a professional in every sense of the word. I look forward to working with him again!
Dream Day DJ's have been a delight to work with! Their selections of music from a wide variety of options is bound to suit the needs of any wedding or special event or wedding. They make weddings and events rock! I highly recommend them!
Jake is an amazing DJ! As a planner, I understand how a DJ can really make/break a wedding reception more so than food, ambiance, etc. They hold the keys to the party and Jake knows how to ensure a successful reception. Unlike some other DJs, he keeps the newlyweds and guests wants/needs in mind catering the music to ensure the party stays hoppin'! He is unobtrusive, professional, and fun to work with. I look forward to working with Jake for many years to come.
Jake is a true professional. I have worked with a lot of DJs both in this area as well as other parts of the country and I have not worked with any that can control a party like Jake. When I know Jake is working a wedding here at the Sheraton, I know I will have nothing to worry about. If you are looking for a low-key wedding party or a blow-out bash- Jake is the one to ensure your guests have the most memorable party.

Frequently Asked Questions
Describe your DJ style:
It's up to you! I can be low key, moderate, or be a little more involved. I am well spoken, unobtrusive, and completely organized.
How many other DJs do you work with?
Because of my reputation and high standards, I have chosen to fly solo allowing me the ability to focus on each individuals.
Do you have replacement DJs in case you become unavailable on the wedding day?
Yes. I network with many other companies in 5 different states in case of an emergency.
Do you specialize in any ethnic and/or international events?
Yes ( I have done Latin, Irish, Indian, Polish, Jewish, Arabic and a variety of mixed weddings).
Is the bride able to meet the DJ before booking?
Yes. Beware of companies who will not do this. Also stay away from companies who put you on a "Dj rotation" schedule or who do not guarantee YOUR personal DJ will be the one to show up.
If you do not have one of the songs pre-requested by the couple, do you require that they provide it?
I have 5 music subscriptions, so it's rare I can't find a song. I do except MP3's, WAV, or CD's for any impossible to find selections.

I wear a very classy suit, otherwise for black tie weddings I have a tuxedo.
Do you bring your own equipment?

Do you offer special equipment into your service?
FREE lighting effects - period. I also have extra equipment available for your ceremony & cocktail hour.

Does not matter, however little or much time you need. Usually a ceremony is 1/2 hour to an hour, cocktail is an hour, and a reception is typically 3-4 hours.
Do you usually emcee the reception and/or talk between songs?
I am your master of ceremonies and your personal spokesperson. I make it my duty to know everything and every angle of your wedding so I am completely prepared.
Do you take any breaks?
No, and this is one of the MANY advantages DJs have over bands.
Will you arrange for recorded music to play during your break(s)?
N/A
Do you require a meal break? If yes, do you require that the wedding party provide your meal?
No, but is a nice gesture. You do not have to purchase a meal for me.

I always arrive 2 hours early and I will work with your venue and wedding coordinator beforehand on all and any important details.

No. This is the great thing about the new innovative BOSE system that I carry. Little space, great look, & superb sound.

Do you charge for travel expenses?
Only if it's over 100 miles. Hey, I go anywhere in the world!
