What is your average turnaround time, from initial contact to shipment? For custom labeled votives, usually 1-2 weeks depending on the time it takes the customer to respond to emails. For white/unscented tea lights, we keep a large selection in stock and usually 1-2 days is all we need to get your order out. For custom colors or scents, allow a few extra days.

Are you able to meet clients in person to showcase your product? No, my store is online only at this time.

One of the most important tips I can offer is to plan in advance (2-3 months) when you are thinking about candles for your wedding.  I make all Country Light Candles entirely by hand so your wedding candles will be made just for you.   I work tirelessly to ensure that your color is correct and the overall presentation of your candle selection is perfect.   If you are not sure what color or what scent (if any), just email me at sales@countrylightcandle.com and I can help you decide.  Most brides opt for the unscented tea lights or candles used to decorate the reception.  This is because it is almost certain that at least one of your guests will have an allergy or sensitivity to fragrance.

If you want to match your wedding colors, I can direct you to a site that I share with brides that offers a panorama of colors to choose from.  You pick the ones that best match your colors and I'll match them.  Remember that soy wax is somewhat opaque and so may not be exact - the color may be slightly lighter or darker than what you select but it will be in the exact shade family.  I make color by combining liquid dyes or shavings from wax dye blocks so be sure to order enough candles in one batch as the next batch may not match exactly.  Darker colors - like red or blue are always more difficult as the soy wax requires a lot of color dye to deepen the color.  Adding more color may affect the burn characteristics somewhat but I am sure not to go past the point where your candles will not burn well.  Our candles are tested and tested on a regular basis to be sure that you are getting the highest quality candle at the most affordable price.  We are in this for the pleasure of providing a beautiful and healthy product for our important customers.  We value your feedback and welcome any comments and suggestions you may have along the way.
