Bethany was really great in helping me plan my wedding from afar. She was very flexible and creative in finding vendors and items that were in my slim budget. She kept me on track with timing and really helped with my piece of mind.

I contracted Lilypad to design and print invitations for a surprise 50th wedding anniversary party I'm throwing for my parents. Brent was very professional to work with and did a fantastic job with the design. I've received so many compliments on how nice the invitations came out. I would definitely recommend them, and use Lilypad in the future.

Team Lilypad was ESSENTIAL in making my wedding day come to life. From the custom flower arrangements, centerpieces and favors to the hanging of lights, drapes and other decor, they really pulled out all the steps while guiding my fiancé and I so we kept within a comfortable budget. They also did all our stationery, escort cards and other printed items. We are so happy we hired them!

I am very experienced in throwing events in my backyard, but as the time ticked down I realized I may have bitten off more than I could chew with hosting a wedding! I am so thankful that I hired Lilypad to help me with some last minute items (sourcing and setting up linens, finding a tent and custom cocktail napkins). I cannot begin to describe how wonderful my experience with Lilypad was. My husband and I had a relatively low budget, but I still knew I needed a planner. When Bethany and I met for my initial consolation, we clicked instantly and I knew she was going to be the best choice to help me through the planning process. She thought of ideas I never would have thought of and was always able to tactfully tell me if an idea wasn't going to work the best or respectfully tell me how to handle a situation with my family I didn't know how to handle. She had the perfect balance of letting me plan what I wanted while beautifully filling in the gaps that I left to make sure everything would be perfect. She was also super flexible with us in terms of payment plans and meeting times.
I was initially worried about the cost of a planner with my budget, but the service and overall experience I received from Lilypad was worth way more than the cost. If you even think you might need a planner, don't hesitate to give Lilypad a call. I'm so happy I chose them and would do so again in a heartbeat.

My daughter and I met with Bethany at a point in the wedding planning where we had already engaged all the vendors. We were looking for help in executing my daughter's vision for her wedding (without breaking the bank) and event coordination "the day of". Bethany and Brent did a magnificent job in these areas, often went beyond to guide us, giving us the benefit of their extensive experience. Their fees were reasonable and they stayed within our budget. Our daughter is very creative and had a well-developed theme in mind. Their in-house design and print capabilities were outstanding in executing her vision and resulted in considerable savings (and considerable positive feedback from our guests). They worked with us when we requested changes at inopportune times and always were professional about it. They never let personal issues get in the way of providing us their best customer service. In the "heat" of the day before and day of our event, they were a calm presence, solving (inevitable) problems easily. I admit that at first I was hesitant to hire a wedding coordinator, but I now think it was our best decision. Lilypad was the best fit for us. Bottom line, with their help we had a perfect wedding and I would recommend them without reservation!

Bethany and Brent were amazing. They thought of every detail including things we never would have thought of. They were attentive, approachable and extremely willing to share the process and decision making with us. We had a vague vision and they brought it to life. I was absolutely shocked when I saw the venue for the first time on the night of the reception. It took my breath away..... absolutely stunning. It was all the guests could talk about.... can't tell you how many times we heard the words " over the top" and breath taking. Would use Lilypad again in a heartbeat...... they took a normally stressful day and allowed it to be stress less and absolutely enjoyable!

For my daughters wedding August 20th we were on a budget and Bethany worked around that and made it look perfect, so no matter what budget, what occasion it is Bethany and her team are the people to call. They are compassionate and have the greatest ideas on how everything will look. The lights, the tool, the table decorations it all fit into our budget and was beautiful and a night to remember.
