The DoubleTree was a great place for a wedding. Marie was wonderful to work with and everything felt so easy, with no hidden fees making it very easy to plan our budget accordingly. Every question and concern we had was answered and addressed quickly and made us feel at ease. The staff was great and kept everything on time and well organized. We could not have asked for a better venue.

Marie and her staff were amazing. They helped us break down and pack up our stuff from the ballroom at the end of the night. I never had to ask for anything that night.

Our whole wedding party stayed at the DoubleTree in Milford, MA for four days. We had a pre-wedding celebration in the ballroom for 240 people to kick off the festivities and ended the week with Sunday breakfast in the Il Cigno Restaurant. The service was excellent throughout. Cris and Marie went out of their way to make sure everything was exactly as we wanted. They were flexible and worked closely with us throughout the planning process and during the week of the wedding. Roland managed the room block for us and kept us informed as our guests made reservations.

cannot say enough about The Doubletree in Milford. On September 2, 2017 I held my wedding reception at this location. Choosing the Doubletree was one of the best decisions of wedding planning. When walking into the hotel, my now husband and I were in awe of how beautiful, clean and updated the hotel was. As we meet with Marie, the director of catering, it became SO clear that this was our venue. The Ballroom, cocktail hour space, hospitality room, and hotel itself helped create the desired elegant but comfortable wedding we had hoped for.
Marie and team were incredible through the whole planning process, answering all questions and accommodating for all our needs. They were detailed and customer orientated and always made our wedding feel special and like their top priority.
When the big day came, Marie and Cris (Banquet Manager) were amazing. There was not one detailed that was missed. As we did a walk through of the room prior to the wedding, everything was perfect.
During the wedding, family and friends were coming up to us saying how delicious the food was. I would say the appetizers and meals were the best wedding food I have ever had. The event/banquet staff were professional and quick. Working in a similar industry, I was impressed by the timing of dinner and how fast everything was transitioned.
The wedding packages offered are unbelievable and the thought of not having to worry about linens, cake, or flowers was such a huge relief. All the outside vendors were very professional and also commented on the outstanding reputation of the hotel.
That night, we stayed in the hotel and offered a room block to our guest. The rooms were clean, updated, and extremely comfortable. It was so convenient being able to take an elevator up to our room after such an incredible event.

My husband and I got married at the DoubleTree on July 25, 2015. We are SO happy we decided to get married at this venue! We worked mainly with Marie Thomason and Cris Wilson the Banquet Manager who, from the get-go, were absolutely AMAZING to work with and made sure that all of my 'bride' requests were accommodated. Both Marie and Cris are so passionate about their work and made everything so so soooo easy for me. I could really sense their genuine affection and loved how detailed and attentive they were to everything to make sure I had the wedding of my dreams.

This was an indian wedding, so there were a lot of moving parts. The entire staff at the DoubleTree was completely ON POINT and made sure we stuck to schedule. There were absolutely no delays or slip-ups at ALL and I can solely attribute this to the attentive and professional staff at the DoubleTree! The service, decor, rooms, cleanliness were all impeccable.

The value was amazing for how much love and effort everyone at the DoubleTree gave us for my wedding. I would HIGHLY recommend this venue for all weddings!!

Derek and I got married at the Doubletree on Friday, April 11, 2014 and have nothing but wonderful things to say about the experience. Marie Thomason was so easy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. She was able to accommodate last minute requests and made sure that our day ran smoothly - even correcting the DJ when he pronounced my name incorrectly! Our guests were so happy with the food and the overall atmosphere and had an amazing day. Having our reception in a hotel allowed our guests to stay later and continue the party in Legends (the bar on site) and definitely allowed us to enjoy their attendance even longer. It was an amazing day and I would definitely recommend having your wedding here!

Marie at the Doubletree was fantastic to work with. She made us feel like the only bride and groom she was working with and she made our day so special! The food was excellent and so was the service. I would recommend Doubletree to anyone, anytime. =)

My husband and I toured a couple of wedding venues and knew as soon as we met with Marie that we wanted our wedding at the Doubletree in Milford, MA. It was exactly what we were looking for and had the best pricing out of the other venues we visited. We booked the gold package and paid a bit extra for another entree option for our guests and passed hors d'oeuvres but were very impressed with all of the extras that the package came with- floral centerpieces from Lucille's in Uxbridge, unlimited cocktail consumption at the cocktail hour, 4-layer cake from Konditor Meister, overnight suite accommodations, etc.. We wanted a "one-stop shop" for our guests with the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and a block of rooms all at one location. The most important aspects of the venue for us was the food (which was incredible- our guests couldn't stop raving about the filet!), pricing, and location (close to a major highway) and the Doubletree did not disappoint at all.

Marie was extremely hospitable and helpful throughout the planning process. She answered all of my questions and I felt very at ease with her assistance. For the rehearsal, Cris led the bridal party as to what to do and where to go. This was great because I went in having no idea how to run a rehearsal. She mapped out how the actual ceremony would run which kept me at ease. The day before the wedding, I was able to drop off all of the decorations and supplies for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception and the staff at the Doubletree set everything up exactly as I wanted.

Overall, we had a fantastic experience working with Marie and Cris and would recommend this venue to any wedding couple!

We just held our wedding ceremony and reception at the Doubletree in Milford, MA. We had a fabulous time and so did all of our guests! The venue is beautiful and the staff is amazing. Marie was our coordinator and Chris the banquet manager also helped us a lot the week of the wedding and the day of. Both of them were absolutely fabulous! They do great work and we're very flexible with us to make sure we got everything we wanted out of our day. Marie always responded to me very quickly and expertly answered every question we had. I put only 4 stars for 'responsiveness' because we did have trouble getting in contact with the sales manager (who handled our room block and guest reservations) a few times and had to keep calling and emailing her several times to get a response. Other than that, though, everything was perfect and our guests loved the hotel and our wedding! The rooms at the hotel are fabulous and the staff is all very friendly. The wedding packages are also priced very reasonably and we couldn't find a better package than the one we received at the Doubletree. We were so happy we chose this as our venue, it was perfect!

We held our reception at the Doubletree. Overall the responsiveness was great - Marie was very helpful prior to the wedding and Tom was great the day of the event. A couple little things didn't happen exactly as had been described (but these were very minor details), but overall I had nothing to worry about the day of the wedding, which I appreciated. My biggest complaint is that I looked at the website again shortly before our wedding, and saw that they revamped the prices so that we could have had our wedding much cheaper if we had just booked later, so I feel that you really have to ask for any possible deals before you book.
