Seasonal Summer Boutonnieres

Posted by Caitlin on Jun 10, 2013

Boutonnieres often coordinate with your summer bouquets, but shouldn’t be overly feminine. The boutonniere’s history dates back centuries–originally deemed as the “buttonhole flower” by the French.  Men used to wear one daily on their frock coats.  Except, your soon-to-be husband most likely hasn’t worn one since high school prom, so let him choose between these options:

1. Daisy

Choose contrasting colors such as white and yellow.

Weekend-Getaway, Ranch Wedding in Texas

We love how this bride and groom used the same “glamping” style as Matthew McConaughey and Camilla Alves’ wedding. This weekend-getaway ranch had plenty of outdoor lounges and cottages for their guests to stay over in. Take a look at their unique purple and green color palette and details like their childhood pictures hanging from the trees-so adorable!
