Last week, we hosted our very first WeddingWire community event in the Los Angeles area! Brides, grooms, bridal parties, and friends gathered on the rooftop Skydeck at Shade Hotel in Manhattan Beach for bites, beverages, and wedding planning tips! Lindsay Longacre, of LVL Weddings & Events, shared expert advice and led a lively Q&A, with topics ranging from venue selection to budgets to first looks. Couples exchanged engagement stories, swapped celebration ideas, and toasted to their upcoming nuptials. It was a fun and informative evening, and Heidi Ryder Photography captured it all on camera!

Huge thank you to everyone who attended and to our partners: Shade Hotel, LVL Weddings & Events, and Heidi Ryder Photography. The Skydeck at Shade was the perfect venue for this sunny shindig – the first of many community events in the LA area!

If you’d like to find out about future events, you can reach out to WeddingWire Community Manager Jamie at community@weddingwire.com. We can’t wait until the next one!
