Daniel and Stephanie Krotov’s Real Honeymoon at Dreams Punta Cana Resort & Spa
After being shown around the resort, we were taken to our gorgeous ocean front room on the second floor. Our patio had its own private Jacuzzi! It was truly paradise. Oh, and they also had a “Honeymoon” banner on our door as soon as we arrived. (It’s really the little things that made it truly an amazing experience.)
Though we could have spent every single second on the resort without ever being bored, we did decide to do two excursions: ziplining and Bavaro splash. Ziplining was amazing and I believe that the one in DR is the biggest in the world. Such an adrenaline rush, but I would do it again in a heartbeat. Bavaro splash included taking a trip to Bavaro beach, snorkeling, SNUBA and speedboat racing. I would highly recommend this excursion too.

Zoëtry Paraiso de la Bonita Riviera Maya (Mexico)
From the Bride: The wedding celebration started when 100 of our family and closest friends arrived at Zoëtry in the Riviera Maya. Thursday’s Festivities included a BBQ, Bonfire, and Fire Dancers on the beach after dark. The setting for the Rehearsal dinner was arranged in a beautiful hacienda and garden with peacocks, monkeys, horses and more. Guests were greeted by a 10 person Mariachi Band, margaritas and they were entertained by a Mexican horse show followed by a traditional Mexican cuisine, including the best tres leches in Mexico. The wedding took place under a full moon on Cinco de Mayo starting with a late afternoon beach ceremony to a cocktail reception and dinner around the Zoëtry pool, key lime pie for dessert, fireworks on the beach to the LED disco dance floor and a DJ that kept everyone dancing until 2 am. The wedding was planned as a celebration and an occasion for our guests to have an entertaining and unique experience.
