Amber and Austin were married at JJ Talboot Law Office in Pensacola, Fla. on June 7. The bride wore a lace fit ‘n’ flare wedding gown with straps, accessorized with her hair half-up/half-down in loose curls, while the groom wore a dark gray three-piece suit, accessorized with a matching black tie and pocket square. Bridesmaids wore long blush satin dresses with various necklines, including one-shoulder and halter and carried bouquets of peonies, ranunculuses, anemones, lilies, and veronicas. Fun fact: All the accessories came from Dubai! Even the peep-toe high heels. Guests were greeted with a chalkboard sign that said, “Welcome! We are so excited you are here to celebrate with us!” The outdoor ceremony took place in the garden, but more importantly, the childhood military couple sealed their vows with a kiss underneath a wooden pergola hung with a single crystal chandelier. Cocktail hour began with lots of chilled signature beverages — Southern Magnolia and Orange Bourbon Mojito — complete with mason jars and polka dot and striped straws. Pictures were also taken and uploaded to Instagram with the hashtag #duronthewedding. In lieu of a traditional guestbook, words of wisdom were written on keys. Better yet, they also played the newlyweds’ shoe game. Questions such as “Who is the better driver?” and “Whis is louder of the two?” were asked. Dinner was served on long banquet tables decorated with doily runners, trailing centerpieces, lanterns, and votive candles, a candy buffet was filled to the brim with sweets, and at the end of the night, a sea of sparklers were lit.

Hilary and Gerry were married along Destiny Beach in Destin, Fla. on August 24. “Growing up, I always dreamed about getting married on the beach with my bare feet in the sand and the sound of the waves in my ears,” Hilary said. “My husband and I met at the beach, and he later proposed on the beach; it seemed fitting for us.” The ceremony took place before sunset with 12 of their closest family and friends (and two dogs) witnessing. Seashells lined the aisle and starfish decorated the chairs. “Our backs were to the sun, so we had no idea what the sunset looked like until we turned around and saw the most stunning pink skies,” she said. During the recessional, bubbles were blown! Hilary wore a sweetheart tulle wedding gown, accessorized with a turquoise statement necklace, while Gerry wore a white button-up shirt and khaki pants. Her bouquet and his boutonniere featured white roses and seashells from their parents’ honeymoon. How sentimental! Reception tables were decorated with burlap linens, gold charger platers, and illuminated with candles. The cake was their favorite flavor — red velvet.
