Austin’s Fall Fête

Friends, family, and bridal parties of Austin-area couples gathered together for an evening of mingling, music, and wedding inspiration at the Palm Door on Sabine. While celebrating their upcoming nuptials, couples met with Austin wedding professionals and saw how all the details of a wedding come together. Pink Avocado Catering offered an incredible array of bites and nibbles, including roasted veggie cones, brisket sliders, and mouth-watering roast beef canapés. Couples enjoyed passed hors d’oeuvres along with signature cocktails, including Austin Palomas.

Bloom & Leaf brought personalized arrangements, decorating the tables with sentimental objects like pearls, antique vases, and bound books, giving couples a look into how they can use meaningful items to add charm and personalization to their own wedding day.

Brides and their friends received mini makeovers from Adore Makeup Boutique & Salon, receiving expert tips on how to curl their hair and add easy makeup touches to enhance their look.

Greenbelt DJ Productions created the perfect party vibe with a mix of pop classics and contemporary hits, showing how an expert DJ can create a fun mix with different musical genres.

As couples settled in, Jennifer from Altar Ego Weddings gave her Wedding Do’s and Don’t’s, sharing her top advice for engaged couples on how to make the most out of their big day.

Guests were able to step outside and enjoy sips in the antique lounge, expertly created by Birch & Brass Rentals. With boho accents, couples enjoyed the striking lounge underneath festoon lights and an autumn breeze.

Guests took their photos in the Live Oak Photo Booth, enjoying the variety of boas, masks, mustaches, and hats.

Cakes ROCK!!! brought cupcakes in some of their most original flavors, including cinnamon churro, tropical, and margarita. Guests were able to taste and sample while viewing the stunning cake sculptures.

Pittsburgh’s September Soirée

Pittsburgh-area couples enjoyed an evening of wedding inspiration with their friends, family, and bridal parties at the Omni William Penn Hotel during WeddingWire Pittsburgh’s September Soirée. While sipping libations and enjoying meticulously crafted hors d’oeuvres, guests mingled with other couples, met local wedding professionals, and enjoyed a reception full of gorgeous details. The Omni William Penn Hotel provided a stunning backdrop for the event with the elegant beauty of the Urban Room on the 17th floor. Guests enjoyed caprese bites, a charcuterie spread, and a carving station, alongside the Omni’s shining service.

Adding to the elegance of the evening were specialty linens provided by Lendable Linens. From lace overlays, to rose gold sequins, they showcased how stylish details can transform the look and feel of a space.

Event Source displayed specialty chairs and exquisite place settings, giving guests an example of chic details.

Stunning floral arrangements were provided by Karrie Hlista Floral Design. From eucalyptus runners to blush roses and white hydrangeas, the florals enhanced the evening’s ambiance and subtle beauty.

Blake Artistry brought their full inventory of makeup and expertise, offering tips on how brides can look their best on their big day and providing mini makeovers to guests.

Modern Era Weddings and Events mixed just the right tempo into the evening with their DJ and mixing abilities. The evening’s score started refined and elegant and ended the evening with danceable tunes, putting a fun spring in everyone’s step.

The photobooth was also provided by Modern Era Weddings and Events, who brought their best props and treated all the guests to photobooth fun.

Nicole, from Your Big Day, offered guests her top wedding planning tips, as she shared her years of wedding planning expertise with the crowd. Guests learned all kinds of fun ways to stick to their wedding budgets as well as how to relax on their big day.

Guests savored tasty mini cupcakes provided by Mixed With Love, who presented their array of cake styles, from fondant to nearly naked cakes.

Chicagoland’s End of Summer Soirée

Chicago-area couples gathered with their friends, family, and bridal parties to experience the rustic beauty of The Haight for the WeddingWire End of Summer Soirée. While mingling with other engaged couples, they enjoyed meeting talented wedding vendors from the Chicagoland area and seeing first-hand how the details of a real wedding all come together. Couples enjoyed freshly prepared bites by My Chef Catering, who cooked shrimp in a beurre blanc sauce to order and also passed hors d’oeuvres throughout the event.

WeddingWire Charlotte’s Summer Soirée

Engaged couples from throughout the Charlotte area gathered together with their family and friends for an evening of celebration and wedding inspiration at WeddingWire Charlotte’s Summer Soirée. The Levine Museum of the New South provided the perfect backdrop for this celebratory affair, with it’s stunning Lobby and Atrium spaces. Guests soaked up the beauty of the evening while learning from local wedding pros, enjoying delicious bites, and gaining ideas for their own big days. DELECTABLES by holly Catering pulled out all the stops with mouthwatering morsels that included shrimp and grits, biscuits with Smithfield smoked ham and brown sugar butter sauce, and marsala mascarpone mousse with grilled peach and prosciutto that kept guests coming back for more.

Meanwhile, Wow Factor Cake Design satisfied every sweet tooth with their incredible cake bites and stunning show cakes.

Pink Petunia Designs transformed the venue with their impressive floral arrangements, accenting tabletops throughout the Lobby and Atrium. The centerpieces and bouquets overflowed with a gorgeous variety of blooms. Lovely linens were provided by Party Time Rentals

In the Lobby, guests relaxed in the beautiful lounge created with vintage furniture and romantic china from Evermore – the perfect addition for a memorable event.

Amidst the sampling and imbibing, guests indulged in some well-deserved pampering! Cali Stott Hair & Makeup Artistry offered a lip bar for anyone wanting to add some color to their life and answered burning bridal beauty questions.

Guests also practiced perfecting their poses with an abundance of props and a glittery backdrop in Shutter Hutch’s open air photobooth.

But the fun didn’t stop there! Carolina DJ Professionals kept the party poppin’ with their wide array of tunes and effortlessly set the mood with each song.

To top off a truly inspirational evening, Mandi with Social 10 Events shared her expert wedding planning tips with the crowd. Not only did she drop serious knowledge on couples, but she also incorporated a handful of brides and grooms into her presentation to illustrate the different ways in which priorities for the big day can differ from couple to couple.

WeddingWire St. Paul’s Summer Fête

St. Paul area engaged couples enjoyed a festive evening with their friends and family at WeddingWire St. Paul’s Summer Fête. While enjoying the intimate charm of the St. Paul College Club, guests chatted with Twin Cities wedding professionals, enjoyed mouth-watering bites, and soaked up local wedding inspiration. Guests were invited to visit the Bridal Suite and Groom’s Room upstairs, where Laura Westrem Artistry provided mini makeovers. From fresh new lip shades to alluring eyes, Laura gave out loads of tips on how to make sure beauty on the big day goes flawlessly.

In the Great Hall, The Traveling Photo Booth brought a dazzling backdrop for guests to enjoy. With a simple sparkle behind them, the highlight of these pictures was the fun and beauty of the guests.

From entryway arrangements to table centerpieces, Silks & Images added a sophisticated touch to each room of the event, adding an array of colors and textures to the design. Brides enjoyed perusing all the different bouquet options and envisioning the wide variety of blooms available to them.

Throughout the venue, Après Party & Tent Rental supplied linens that brought all the design elements together. Their Georgian Sheer linens and candle votives captured the fun twinkle of the event.

Adagio Djay Entertainment added light-hearted fun with their expansive playlist. They knew how to keep the guests delighted, creating just the right mood with each song.

Guests raved about the bites offered by St. Paul College Club, including their variety of crostinis and salmon gazpacho.

Enticing guests with her decadent treats, Kake Kreations by Kathy showed off her gorgeous designs while serving up bites of her signature marble cake.
