Our Chauffuers our fully licensed, well groomed, and always customer friendly. They must fulfill a specialized training class to be qualified and hired to our team. Our fleet is one of the largest and newest in the state and we have the first Hybrid limousines in the country.
 
What (if any) amenities are your vehicles equipped with?
Our Limousines come with all the luxury amenities: flatscreens, DVD, CD player, Surround Sound, Fiber Optic lighting, neon multi-changing lights, and some limousines have other specail lighting or enhanced custom features.

Our Wedding Package come with complimentary amenities such as the red carpet roll out service, bottled water, ice, glassware, bottle of sparkling cider, just married signs, and driver in neutral tone attire (black suit).

How long have you been in business?
For more than fourteen years ZBest Limousine has provided luxury transportation for both corporate and leisure travel alike.

In what area do you provide service?
Service is provided from ZBest Limousine in the Baltimore and surrounding counties as well as Washington D.C. and its surrounding areas.

Do you require a deposit and if so what is the method of payment you accept?
To guarantee service we do require a 30% deposit or $100.00, which ever is greater to lock in the service. With advance reservations we require a check or money order to be sent back with the reservation forms, or visit us at our showroom. We can accept cash, major credit cards, or money orders. If you wish to obtain a quote we can send you a tentative reservation with no obligation, simply call the reservation center and they will be happy to assist you.

How well maintained is your fleet of vehicles?
ZBest Limousine carries all new vehicles, we keep our fleet in impeccable condition. Regular preventive maintenance is required, and done on site by two fully trained professional mechanics that follow all factory recommendations for service.

What year are the vehicles? - Stay with companies with new model cars anything over 2 years in age can have considerable wear-n-tear or mechanical draw backs
How long have you been in operation? - Younger companies may not have the experience as a well known reputable senoir vendor has when it comes to demographics or options.
How many vehicles do you have in your fleet? The safe number is more than a dozen - You need a vendor that has a large quanity of vehicles so that you know there is a reliable back up plan in the event that any unforeseen circumstance should arrise and and alternate vehicle may be needed

Is your operation professionally based location? -  It is good to look at service providers that also have a professionally based facility where the limousines are house in a safe enviroment to protect your investment. It shows professionalism when a company operations in an organized location where the client is free to visit and see the vehicles.

What are your hours of operation? -You want to look for a vendor that is open to customer service 24 hours a day with live agents (it is recommended to avoid vendors that answer on cell services) if a company has a live person on the phone anytime of the day it shows the committment and care they have for there customers.

What is included in your pricing? - It is recommend when dealing with pricing for wedding services that you look at obtaining an all inclusive rate. Make sure you get your gratuity, fuel, taxes, travel fees, or any other surcharges included in your contract. This way you will have no surprises the day of the service.

Are you a locally based company? - You want to look at a company that is within your service area. It is recommend that it be within a hour of your pickup desitination inside the state you are looking for services in. This will avoid travel fees or having your services begin from the time the company leaves there facility instead of starting from when they arrive at you pickup destination. It is also important to ask if the company has the capacity to travel outside the state they are located in and that they maintian the proper licensing for all state requirments or permits that are needed for your services.
