ZBest did a great job with everything! We wanted to make sure all our guests had an easy time getting to and from the wedding, and no one had to drive back to the hotels after the fun. We booked three shuttles- a small bus for the wedding party and immediate family, another (33 seat) bus for one hotel, and a larger shuttle bus for the other (more heavily booked) hotel. Gwen helped me figure out the best times and schedules to get everyone there, and always responded quickly to any questions I had. She happily accepted any change I requested, and sent out a new schedule every time we made a change. Gwen was great to work with!
The morning of the wedding I did receive a call saying that the 33 seat bus was having A/C problems (on a day of record-breaking heat), and they were going to have to use one of their limos instead (a free upgrade, but fewer seats). They were extremely apologetic, but I told them it was no problem as long as the guests all got there! And they did, in style- I'm not sure if they had to make an extra trip to get everyone there, but all my guests were at the ceremony on time, having been treated a little extra special! The wedding party bus was fine, most of our party and family rode the bus there on the first trip, while the bridal party took it on the second trip around (our hotel was very close to the site). My husband was a little concerned about the bus not being cool enough- though when the bridal party was on, we found it perfectly comfortable. The earlier group were a bit warm- again, it was a record-breaking day of heat, in the early afternoon, and with such a short trip with a lot of people it's possible that the A/C just couldn't compete with the heat. Still, going only a few miles, everyone got there without spending too much time being warm. The large shuttle bus also did a great job, all guests arrived on time and comfortably. I didn't get to meet the other drivers but ours was friendly and professional.
Overall I would absolutely recommend ZBest- they seemed to always have our best interests in mind, and wanted to make sure they were doing right by us. Even our vendors, when hearing that we were using ZBest, let us know that they always had great experiences. Our day-of coordinator told us that she'd never had any problems with ZBest!
I didn't get a chance to compare costs, but overall it was well worth the money. I never had to stress about ZBest!
