Zazu is a unique stationery and gift store established on the basis of celebrating all of life’s occasions.

How do you start the important process of selecting your wedding invitation?  How do you find one that sets the tone for one of the most important days of your life - a first impression that’s a unique reflection of you?

With so many choices, it’s easy to be intimidated.  But with some preparation on your end, along with guidance from your stationery professional at Zazu, it can be one of the most enjoyable parts of wedding planning!  Three things to consider that will get you started in the right direction are Budget, Style/Theme and Color.

Budget
Not sure how to determine your budget?  Generally invitations equate to 2-3% fo your total wedding expenses.  A smaller budget does not mean you will not be able to find what you want.  There are plenty of options to fit within any budget.  Having a price range in mind will give significant focus to your search.

Style/Theme
Will your wedding be a casual gathering or an over-the-top formal affair?  Your invitation should convey the tone of your event to let your guests know what to expect.  A formal affair may lead you towards traditional favorites such as William Arthur, while a hip and casual theme my be best suited with a more unique line such as Cid Pear.

Color Scheme
Once upon a time tradtional invitations appeared only as white or ecru.  Today many brides personalize their invites with color.  You may choose a bold color, a pastel or even a mix and match of varying hues to capture your style.
