Everything that we need, plus back-ups and extra of everything- "Be prepared" is what we practice.

Do you charge hourly or full day?
That's one thing that sets us apart- we never count hours. All of our Collections offer full-day coverage. We are very thorough in telling your wedding story.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
We do take a moment to breathe every now and then. Yes, we do ask a meal be offered.
Do you charge for travel?
Yes, over 20 miles, usually $1 per mile round-trip, but there is exception.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Usually 4 weeks completely finished, though some images maybe be accessible sooner.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Currently- we have online proofing through our website.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes, but we do have a shared copyright available for purchase.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
We do have these available if desired, for an add'l fee.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes.
What kind of albums do you offer?
Several types, your choice.
When will the client get the final album?
That's dependent on several factors, usually around 6-9 months after.
