Yes, we do. You can either have an artist for the wedding day only or as many times as you need!
Do you travel to the client on the day of the event? If yes, is there a fee?
We do come to our clients most of the time. There is $50 location fee for the first 20 mi radius and then $1.50 per mile thereafter. We also do destination weddings.
How many customers can you serve at one time if the bride were to book her entire bridal party? Are there discounts for doing so?
We book up to 8 services(hair or makeup) per one artist and then an assist is added at no extra charge.So there is no limit on the amount of people we can do!
How far in advance should clients book your services?
4-6 months is a good time but if you have a "popular date" then as soon as possible because those dates book quickly.
What is your cancellation policy?
All deposits and location fees are non-refundable. Cancellation must be made no later than Cancellation date. In the event that a cancellation is made before the cancellation date a full refund of any money for services not rendered over the deposit and location fee amount will be refunded within 30 days. In the event that a cancellation is made later than the cancellation date no refund will be given.
