About Us

Dear Madame,

Wyndehaven Terrace is pleased to offer our proposal for your wedding reception. We offer an affordable alternative to hotels and country clubs without sacrificing beauty and quality. Our facility and services are specifically designed to suit the needs of the cost concious consumer who requires the most for his or her hard earned dollar. Wyndehaven Terrace is a beautifully appointed facility with wonderful exotic floral arrangements, custom designed draperies and wall coverings, huge crystal chandeliers and exquisite cuisine prepared on site.

We are privately owned and operated and began in off premise catering in the FM 1960 in 1984. Our original banquet facility on FM 1960 was established in 1990. Our present facility located at 12716 Cutten Road opened in January of 1997.

There is no additional room charge unless the client chooses to extend the wedding reception over the allotted 5 hours. If the client should choose to extend the reception over the allotted 5 hours, the charge will be $300 hourly, plus security and bartenders fee's. Client's may bring their own alcoholic beverages; however, we will charge to chill, serve and provide a bartender. Clients may not provide their own bartenders. If alcohol is served, 2 security guards must be provided. The cost for these officers is $45.00 per officer, per hour. Outside security is allowed but must be in uniform.  They can be paid by Wyndehaven or by the client.  If Wyndehaven pays the security, they must provide information to issue a 1099.  We are very flexible with the security and always offer them the opportunity to eat at no charge to the client. 

Individual guests may not bring alcohol into the facility. Person's appearing under the age of 21 will be required to show I.D. - No exceptions. The client can however provide alcohol for their guests.

Wyndehaven Terrace has two ballrooms available. The Terrace Ballroom has the capacity of up to 250 guests and the Grand Ballroom has the capacity of up to 500 guests. Both rooms are equipped with a dance floor for the clients use at no additional charge.

Minimum Requirement for Grand Ballroom (Seats up to 500 guests)

Monday-Thursday..................................................................125 Required
Fridays and Sundays have a minimum of 150 guests
Saturdays have a minimum of 175 guests
