In addition to Cheryl, Parris and myself there are 7 subcontractors.
What is the minimum amount of time you will DJ for?
3 hours (afternoon reception only).

Yes, any and all.
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes, all professionals do and pros have backup equipment with them at all times too.
What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service?
surround package, subwoofer.
How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site or client provide a table for you to set up on?
We always arrive NLT 90 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Catering and/or Venue usually provides the table and chair but we can provide our own if necessary.
Do you have any extra space requirements?
No
Do you usually emcee the event or talk between songs?
We M.C. our events exclusively and we are on the mic only when we have to be.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
We eat at our work station.
Will you arrange for recorded music to play during your breaks?
What is a break? Serioiusly, we only leave our workstation to visit the buffet (if you have having one) or to visit the restroom.
What is your backup plan in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
yes, but this really never happens...not with true professionals. I (Jeff) have even gotten in an accident on the way to an event, nearly totalling the car, and was still able to be ready to go prior to the event. Got a wonderful thank you letter from that bride too.
What is your overtime rate?
$100-$200 per hour
