We provide digital retouching on all images for maximum quality.
Is your media preference film or digital?
We work exclusively in the digital medium.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
In the unlikely event of personal illness or acts of nature beyond our control, we will attempt to arrange for a substitute photographer of equal qualification, per the client's approval.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
Both. We have several packages that you may choose from, or we can work with you to customize a package that will fit your specific needs and budget.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
We charge $180/hour for any amount of time our services are used over the contracted time allotted.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
The only break we take is when we eat, which is usually at the same time as your guests. Otherwise, with the exception of potty breaks, we do not schedule breaks during your day!
Do you charge for travel?
We are available to travel world wide. Travel expenses are based on an individual client's situation. Please inquire.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Typically, all photos can be seen on our client proofing site within six weeks of the event.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
We offer an online client proofing site.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes, but we do not restrict personal printing rights. All wedding packages include a high resolution DVD of digital images. A client may use these images for any personal, non-commercial purpose and for the publication of wedding related announcements and articles.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Our wedding packages include a high resolution DVD of digital images that our clients may use for personal use only. For custom packages, or if you would like an additional copy, you may purchase a high resolution DVD of digital images for both your wedding and wedding-related session(s) from our a la carte options.
Will images be available for viewing online?
All of our wedding packages include an online web gallery for access from anywhere in the world to you, your family, and friends. Orders may be placed online and prints will be mailed directly to that person.
What kind of albums do you offer?
We offer coffee table albums and custom guest sign-in books.
