Can I just email you my wording instead of trying to fit it all into the online order form?
Yes!  It is easier for us to track your order if it's initiated on the website, though.  So, we do recommend that you fill out all of the graphic elements (paper, ink, fonts, cover design, ribbon) and then skip all of the ceremony and wedding party details.  Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us and you can reply to that email with your wording attached.

Do I have to assemble the programs once I receive them?
No!  All of the programs from our "in-house" line come fully assembled.  The ONLY exception is if you order fans (Julie or Annsley) with ribbon.  The ribbon comes pre-cut, but not tied on because it does not ship well.

Will the ribbon fray?
We use a hot cutter to cut the ribbon for our wedding programs.  The hot cutter makes the ribbon resistant to fraying.

Can I send in a picture to use on my wedding program?  How much extra does that cost?
Sure you can email us a picture to use on your wedding programs.  If the picture was taken by a professional photographer, we will need a release form from the photographer stating that it is OK for us to reprint the picture onto your programs.  There is no extra charges to use your own picture or artwork.

How much does it cost for a proof of my wedding program?
All of the programs from our "in-house" line include unlimited proofs and revisions.

Are there any other "hidden" fees?
The prices shown include everything (typesetting, proofing, printing, ribbon, assembly).  There are some add ons that you can add if you choose to (rounded corners, extra pages, or a vellum overlay).  Ribbon is sold separately on the fan wedding programs, but is included on all of the other programs that we offer.  Shipping is 10% of your total, or a minimum of $8.00.

Do I have to pay for my wedding programs up front?
When you place your order, you will be prompted to provide your credit card information, however we do not charge you until they ship. 

What if I want multiple ink colors, does that cost more?
No, you can have as many ink colors as you would like and we can print images in full color for no extra charge.

Can I have two different colors of ribbon?
Yes!  It looks really great to alternate your ribbon colors!

Do I have to use the cover design that is sampled in the picture of the program I want to order?
No -- you can select from any of our stock designs shown at http://www.wiregrassweddings.com/designs.php, or you can send us your own photo or artwork.

Since each ceremony is different depending on the type of service (Catholic, Jewish, Protestant, Hindu, non-religious, etc.) and the ethnicity of the bride and groom, we STRONGLY suggest that you run the final proof by your officiant and/or wedding coordinator to make sure that what you have is the way that the ceremony will actually be delivered.  We are happy to help you with wording to get you started!
