Endorsements
I am proud to endorse Williamsburg Wedding Design. Don't plan your wedding without Shayna and her incredible wedding team. I never have to worry when a bride tells me she has contracted her wedding day with Shayna, I know the bride and her family will have a stress free day and I know my day will run smoother as well with her in charge. I feel so confident in her services I have hired her to coordinate my own daughter's wedding in April.
Shayna Walker was a pleasure to work with during a marketing event for a national wedding publication she designed and organized at Historic Mankin Mansion. Her coordination expertise was demonstrated throughout every phase of the planning stages and the event itself. With Shayna’s guidance, all the vendors knew exactly what to do and what to expect for the event. With all the behind the scenes details addressed, the client and their guests enjoyed a well planned affair and Shayna’s professionalism shined through.
Shayna with Williamsburg Wedding Design lets me concentrate on making fantastic wedding photographs. All of the little details are taken care of and beautiful to photograph. Shayna updates me with all of the timeline and vendor information so there are no surprises waiting for me on the wedding day. Shayna's brides are always stress free on their wedding day and it shows in the photographs!
Williamsburg Wedding Design has been a pleasure to work with at weddings and is Williamsburg's jewel of information. You won't be disappointed!!
Shayna has been a pleasure to work with! She has made our jobs easier by helping her clients with every little detail from event coordination to placing the favors on the tables. We truly enjoy Shayna's professionally run events.
I've had the honor of working Shayna of Williamsburg Wedding Design at a Wedding early last year. Over time, she has become a Mentor to me as she has helped me to grow my own business under the ethics of a profession that is often lacking. As a fellow planner, I am honored to know that she truly represents all that this industry should be about-honor, respect and passion for all things Weddings!
Shayna is always a pleasure to work with! I am proud to endorse her services to anyone looking for a wonderful coordinator!

Shayna always goes above and beyond making her couples her number one priority!!!! She makes her couples wedding day run smooth and is always on top of what is happening. Most importantly she is so kind to everyone and is so easy to work with. I highly recomend Williamsburg Wedding Design!!!!!!!
I had heard about Shayna from various sources, but had personally not worked with her. Well, I had the fortunate experience of teaming up with her with two wedding receptions this past October. Shayna is a true professional in every sense of the word and shows a dedication to the client that is matched by few. Her combination of personality, resourcefulness, and creativity definitely caught my eye. She is a true wedding pro!
Working with Shayna at Williamsburg Wedding Design was a pleasure. It is necessary to have a wedding planner that is efficient, organized and knowledgeable. That is what you get when Williamsburg Wedding Design is involved in your wedding day. We will be recommending them to all of our clients. Thanks Shayna for making our job easy!

Tips and Advice
If you are considering a Williamsburg Wedding, book your venues early.  The number of facilities that can host weddings in this area is limited, and the number of churches that accept non-members is critically low.  June and October are by far the busiest months of the year, and the months around those book fast once the "hot" dates are taken.  Unlike some regions, the best way to approach a Williamsburg, Virginia wedding is to book your venues first, immediately begin interviewing and booking your wedding pros (also limited when it comes to the best) and then break up the detail planning over the rest of your engagement.  Of course, hire your wedding coordinator (even a wedding-day coordinator) early to get the best advice, access to the best vendors, to avoid costly mistakes and to get the most of your engagement (not to mention to get on their calendar early!).
