Luxe Event Productions	By far some of the very best wine Oregon has to offer. Their staff, venue and even the owner are so friendly and easy to work with. Not to mention their vineyard is picture perfect...great spot to wed for sure. One of the best places to shoot, as the light on the vineyard is divine at dusk.
Madison Avenue Flowers	Willamette valley Vineyards and Willaby's catering provides a settings that is unmatched in the Willamette Valley. They have award winning wine, award winning views andhe newly remodeled great room is stunning. The new menu is up to date and delicious. We love working with the team at WVV because their experience makes the planning process seamless. Are there any special characteristics about this venue such as scenery or architecture? Willamette Valley Vineyards is known through Oregon for our award winning Pinot Noir and cutting edge sustainability practices. Our banquet rooms just received a remodel in January 2009, adding to the already beautiful setting high on the hill overlooking the valley and vineyards.

How does your venue determine the cost of the space? Flat Fee

Do you offer any special services? Full Event Coordination, Optional In-House Event Designer and Florist, Passionate Event Coordinators, and flexibility in events.

Do you offer any special packages for rehearsal dinners? Book your wedding and rehearsal dinner at Willamette Valley Vineyards for 2009 and receive half off the room rental rate for the rehearsal dinner!

Do you offer additional items for the ceremony? Our Event Designer can help you with any design item you need.

Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware? Yes, we have a great stock of formal linens, centerpieces, buffet lamps, glassware, 5 different plate options, and 3 different water goblet options.

What is your staff-to-guest ratio? Depends on the extent of the wedding.

Do you require brides to use a specific list of vendors? Not besides catering.

Do you require the wedding party to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is there an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians? No and No Fee.

Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion? Yes, we have 3 different venues: Pinot Lounge, Cuvee Room, & Estate Room.

Do you have cooking facilities? Yes, we have a full catering kitchen on site.

Do you provide your own catering? If yes, can a bride opt to use an outside caterer if she prefers? Yes, we go through Willaby's Catering and we do not allow outside food or beverage.

Do you have a liquor license? Yes.

Can the bride provide her own alcohol if desired? Negotiable.

What restrictions are there (if any) on decorations? No Nails in the walls and candles must be enclosed.
