White Rose Bakery is a boutique bakery located in the heart of farm country and serving the Portland Metro area. I specialize in individual, custom wedding cakes tailored to the personality and style of each couple. I limit the number of cakes I do in order to ensure personalized attention to each cake. I use my experience and expertise gained from working as a pastry chef at resorts in Lake Tahoe and from classes at the Culinary Institute of America in St Helena to prepare beautiful cakes that taste as wonderful as they look.

All my cakes, fillings and finishes are prepared from scratch using the finest fresh ingredients including imported chocolates, local cream, eggs and butter, and fresh fruit from the beautiful Willamette valley. I promote our local farmers and their products. My bakery is operated in a green and sustainable way utilizing intensive recycling, composting and limiting our carbon footprint.

I personally deliver and setup all my cakes to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition and are setup and displayed beautifully.
