What beauty services do you offer?

Do you charge for trials?
If you would like to trial a product on my website, let me know through email. I have a short contract stating that you want to try something for 7 days and if you are not completely satisfied return to the Avon company or me. If you are satisfied you pay me in full on the seventh day. 50% deposit required for customers who have ordered less than three times from me.
Do you travel to the client on the day of the event? If yes, is there a fee?
Absolutely. If you think you will have any needs on your wedding day(facial, pedicure, manicure, products, etc) for you,your family, and wedding party. The Fee is dependent on how far away I would have to travel. 15 miles and under is $10. Anything above this is $1 per mile I have to travel, plus cost of service or products. My desire to have fun, get things done, and get you great deals and freebies travels with me. Of course, I would come dressed for the occassion.
How many customers can you serve at one time if the bride were to book her entire bridal party? Are there discounts for doing so?
If a bride were to book her entire bridal party, I could accommodate up to ten people on my own. More than this I would simply have someone else with me. So, yes, I can accomodate any number of people.
How far in advance should clients book your services?
I need at least one week advance notice for a reservation. This is mainly for your benefit, so you can plan ahead. To ensure a really great event, I would say a 2 week- 1 month advance notice so plans can be discussed in detail and your wishes can be granted.
What is your cancellation policy?
As, long as I have not spent more than $20 dollars on planning for your event I will not charge you for cancelling. If more than $20 has been spent on planning and preparing your event, you will be charged 80% of this amount. I, of course, would send a description of costs/description of costs to you for your record-keeping. With common decency in mind, however, I would appreciate at least 48 hours notice or 100% of planning/preparation costs will be your responsibility even under $20.

Is your jewelry hand crafted?
No. Some of the jewelry has hand set jewels and gems
Do you offer custom design other than selecting the stone and setting separately?
No. There is a great diversity of jewelry available.
Do you offer ring sizing in-house? If yes, how long will an average custom order take, from initial contact to delivery?
No. Most of the rings come in sizes 5 through 10 or 11 or S,M or L. If the size doesn't fit you simply exchange. This is why it is good to order in advance of your event.
Do you offer stone upgrades if the client purchases their original stone with you?
No.
Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes, you would need to do an advance order with me, though. How it works you contact me and let me know what you would like to order. This works with all products, not just jewelry. I would get back to you and let you know how much each payment would be and when you could expect your order.
You MUST place your order with me through email one month or more before you would need your order. You have four weeks to get me the total amount and it will be at 0% interest to you.

What is your satisfaction guarantee? If you are not happy with your purchase contact me for exchange/ money back return info. I simply ask why you are not impressed. ( sizing, wrong color etc.)
