Yes

Yes. We retouch all of the images that are delivered as part of our package. These are print and album ready images.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
Yes. We shoot in a variety of church's and reception venue's in the Pittsburgh Area.
Is your media preference film or digital?
We shoot digital. We use Nikon Professional equipment.
How many photographers do you work with?
We use two photographers, and occasionally bring an assistant in training.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Heather is the main photographer... she is guaranteed at all events.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
We never book more than one event in a day or even a weekend.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes. This is covered in detail in our event contract.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
We carry Nikon Professional equipment, including camera bodies, lenses, flashes and lots of batteries!
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
Our coverage ranges from 6 to 8 hours and is based on the client choosing.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
We require a meal break. This is covered in detail in our event contract.
Do you charge for travel?
Yes... outside a 75 mile radius of 15009.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
4 - 6 weeks
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Printed proof book, and on-line in a proofing catalog, and High Resolution DVD of images (if selected as part of package).
How long can the client keep the proofs?
The proof book is yours to keep forever.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes, WeddingByHeather does retain the copyright and this is covered in our event contract.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes, WeddingByHeather does reserve the right to publish and this is covered in our event contract.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes.
What kind of albums do you offer?
We offer contemporary leather bound flush mount albums and fine art matte printed albums.
When will the client get the final album?
Albums are available for purchase and the deliverable is dependent on the initial selection of images, client approved design and manufacturer's time lines.
