I specialize in hand held videotaping while the camera sits on a shoulder pad. This is the absolute best way to videotape weddings in order to get shots from different angles and nice close up of the bride and groom during the exchange of vows and other parts of the wedding. My family and friends could not stop watching the final product over and over again!
