As a former student of The Ontario College of Art, Helena Borody has paved her way through the artistic community, working first with oils on canvas but possessing an ability to create with any medium. Her cakes regarded as ’sugar sculptures’, are yet another example of her love for colour and detail, and are the product of a true creative perception. Helena uses rolled fondant and each piece is delicately placed to create a very unique piece. Each cake she designs caters to the particular desires of her clients, incorporating her exceptional artistic flare, in celebration of their monumental events.
