VOX DJs is a high profile DJ/MC entertainment company that provides our clients with professional, fun, charismatic, energetic, and enthusiastic DJs/MCs, without being overbearing or intrusive.
Our vast variety of music genres (rock, pop, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, reggae, electronic, etc?) in our library has everything from Frank Sinatra to the Black Eyed Peas. Your DJ will be happy to work with you in detail to pick out specific genres of music, song titles, and artists.
Our talented team of diverse personalities gives the client multiple DJ/MC choices for different styles of events.
What is your usual attire?
Your DJ/MC will dress wearing the appropriate clothing needed for the event.
For equipment load in and breakdown, your DJ will be dressed casually. For the actual event, your DJ will change into an outfit to fit the general style of the event. For weddings and formal events, your DJ will wear formal attire (suit and tie). For casual events, your DJ will wear jeans and a collared shirt.

An ?Event Consultation? with your DJ/MC before the event to finalize all of your details; including time lines, music requests, and special activities for your event.
A DJ/MC who helps coordinate the entire event from start to finish.
Yes, of course! If you have referred to the DJ profiles section of our website, viewed pictures of our DJs, read their bios, and are still not sure who you want to DJ your event, call our staff and ask to set up a face-to-face meeting, or even a phone meeting to get to know our DJs even better. (The bottom line is that we want you to be comfortable with your VOX DJ before your event. Sometimes, a simple phone meeting will put you at ease?)

How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site or client provide a table for you to set up on?
1.5 hours, preferred but not mandatory. At VOX DJs, we believe arriving 1-1.5 hours in advance is sufficient time to set up the DJ gear and prepare for the event start time. If an event is more detailed and requires more set up/ preparation time, we are happy to arrive early to ensure a successful event.
Do you usually emcee the event or talk between songs?

What is your backup plan in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Back up equipment and DJ in case of any kind of emergency.
We have qualified DJ/MCs that are ?on call? should an emergency or car accident occur, or your selected DJ become ill on or before the day of the event. In this case, the client will be notified immediately of the replacement DJ. All information gathered by the original DJ will be passed along to the replacement DJ. (Of course, this is a last resort option and the DJ is switched out only in worst case scenario situations.) At VOX DJs, we double check all equipment before each event. If, for some reason, a DJ system is not working properly, a back up DJ system will be delivered to the event.
