Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
i always bring a back up camera as well as carry many lenses!
Do you charge hourly or full day?
i have a base rate which covers 4hrs and each additional hour is a la carte

absolutely! $200 each additional hour
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
even when i eat i'm not on break - if i see something worth capturing i'll leave my plate to get it.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
an estimated 4 weeks for the online proofing gallery.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
first they are all put up on my website under a password protected flash proofing gallery. second, all packages include all 4x6 print proofs in a keepsake box.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
they're online for 90 days. the print proofs they keep forever.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
yes.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
must be approved by myself.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
yes.
Will images be available for viewing online?
yes.
What kind of albums do you offer?
the coolest kind around! i have hundreds of cover options! ask if you'd like meet in person so i can show you some samples.
When will the client get the final album?
we have a process for all albums - they are designed first and require the bride & grooms approval before i send it to be printed/constructed. so this would depend on the situation.
