I always provide couples with a few helpful tips on selecting their photographer (whether they choose to use me or not) because wedding images – unlike portraits or commercial shots – can't be redone or recreated if the photographer misses the moment. So here are a few items that I like to tell my clients about my services:
- First (and most importantly) if you book me, you get me. I do NOT subcontract my work out under any circumstances, as do some other photographers and most of the larger agencies.
- I do not book multiple wedding on the same day or weekend, as I want to devote all of my time and effort into one event to ensure that it receives my full and undivided attention.
- Lastly, I always mention that couples should select a photographer based not only on the quality of their work, but also their interaction with you. The bottom line is that you have to have a great level of trust in your photographer to assist in coordinating your day with you, and know that they will do everything and anything they can to ensure your satisfaction.
