We are a home-based business but travel extensively in our region and are available for destination weddings.

We offer the cinematic creative short-form edit, traditional photojournalistic long-form edit, unedited raw footage, and footage with special effects.
 
Describe any special editing services you offer:
We perform editing of our own events as well as those recorded by other professional videographers. We also edit clients' video.
 
Do you have lighting equipment to accommodate a more dimly-lit event?
We do bring lighting equipment to the event to use as needed, ranging from small on-camera lights to large flood/spot lights. We can bring multiple lights and a greenscreen backdrop if necessary.
 
How many videographers do you work with?
We have worked with one or two other videographers for the last few years. If we need extra camera personnel, we call on one of the professional members of the St. Louis Videographers Association.
 
Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event?
We come to meet the bride and groom before signing the contract, unless they are from out of town.
 
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Definitely, unless a separate videographer is specified in the contract. I have never missed an event for which I was contracted.
 
Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
No. Only one event per day.
 
Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?
We have a group of professional videographers from the St. Louis Videographers Association to back us up in case of emergencies.
 
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
We bring broadcast quality cameras, back-up cameras, wireless mics, back-up mics, extra tapes, accessories, batteries, tripods, lights, dollys stands, and monitors.
 
Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes.
 
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
Only as needed. We eat when you eat, so we are ready when you move on to the next activity.
 
Do you charge overtime?
Yes, for time beyond the contracted services.
 
Do you give access to your raw footage?
Raw footage is available for purchase or inclusion in the contracted services.
 
Do you reserve the right to use the video in the future for promotions, contents, etc.?
Yes we do.
 
Is the client involved in the editing process? If so, how much input does the client have in editing?
The couple may choose the music used, whether the edit is long or short form, and may opt for a cinematic creative short-form edit instead of a traditional long-form edit. If there is a problem with the final video, we will re-edit.
 
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
Normally 3-4 months. Extensive cinematic editing and added options may require longer.

Tips and Advice
Our advice to prospective couples: 1) Research your vendors and meet them personally; 2) view their work of other weddings; 3) ask to see the same wedding video with different editing styles; 4) choose the vendor and reserve their services at least six months in advance; 5) include your vendors in the communication loop about changes in plans, special details and unique events that will occur around the wedding.
