Frequently Asked Questions for Videography
Are you a commercial studio or a home-based business?
We have an office/studio located near the Johnson Space Center in Clear Lake City.

Do you have lighting equipment to accommodate a more dimly-lit event?
Our cameras are very low light sensitive, so in most situations additional lighting is not necessary. On those rare occasions (like leaving the reception in the middle of the night) when more lighting is needed, we have it.

How many videographers do you work with?
From one to ten videographers are available for weddings and events.

Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event?
Yes, the bride does have an option to meet the videographers for her wedding.

Do you charge overtime?
Our wedding packages are for unlimited hours from the beginning of the wedding until the end of the reception. If you choose our hourly rates, you will be charged a rate of $200.00 per hour, per camera if the event goes over the contracted time.

How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
It usually takes from one to two weeks per camera, to receive your finished product. This time can vary, depending on the actual amount of video recorded and the number of current projects in progress.

Tips and Advice
  • Reserve your wedding videographer early.  The hardest thing I have ever had to do, is to tell a bride that her date is already booked.  You are much more likely to get a discount on the price if you book early, than if you wait until the last minute.  Also, you will get the videographer of your choice, and not the last guy left on the list.
  • Don't skip hiring a videographer because you don't think it's necessary.  The bride is the last to arrive at the sanctuary.  She misses the lighting of the candles, the entire processional and more.  Not to mention all the things at the reception she will miss because there's just too much going on.
  • DO NOT leave it up to a relative or friend to video the most important day of your life. I am editing ( in July) a wedding that was shot by a friend of the couple, that got married in February.  He thought he could do it, and waited five months before he realized that he could not edit it properly.  So, they still haven't seen their wedding video.
