How far in advance are you booked?
I have photographed weddings on as little as two days' notice and as much as two years' notice. Dates do book up, so if you are getting married during high season (April-October), it's best to reserve your date well in advance.
Who photographs my wedding? How long are you there?
I personally shoot all weddings. Coverage times depend on the package you purchase, but I usually begin when the bride gets ready, and finish after the cake cutting. A second photographer accompanies me to all weddings.
How would you describe your photography style?
Photojournalistic subject-unaware, candid. But most couples want portraits and group shots as well. I offer the best of both worlds, and to provide a well-rounded collection of images from your wedding day.
Do you travel to shoot weddings?
Oh Yes...I love shooting destination weddings and will travel anywhere in the world to shoot your event. Travel expenses apply.
When do I see my wedding images? When will I receive my album?
Images are usually ready within 4-6 weeks. Album design and production can take anywhere from two months to six months, depending on how long the album companies take to turn around the finished album.
When do you deliver the negatives & digital files?
They will be delivered one year from your wedding date. Since many clients move after their wedding, please email your new address.
Do you shoot film or digital?
Verofoto Photography offers both pro digital and film photography.
What type of equipment do you use? Where do you make your prints?
I use a variety of Nikon professional digital and film equipment. When making prints, I use several labs, ranging from high-quality professional labs to a master printer skilled in hand crafting fine art museum prints.
What are your payment terms?
I require a 50% deposit to hold your date, with the 50% balance due 30 days before your wedding. My contract is simple and friendly. Payment should be received in full prior to your wedding.
