Lovely riverside lodge has 14 foot high ceilings, fireplace, and french doors leading to a HUGE deck overlooking the Yellow River. Terrace out front...secluded in 70 acre forest.
How does your venue determine the cost of the space?
Rates are awesome. There is a flat rental (HUGE DISCOUNTS for Fridays and Sundays). Then price per person for menu selections. Specials for week nights, Friday, Sunday and events "over before 5pm" on Saturdays.
Do you offer any special services?
Wedding coordinators are provided for the ceremony and wedding planning.
Do you offer any special packages for rehearsal dinners?
Friday night rehearsal dinners are fun and elegant and delicious. Prices start at $2,700.
Do you offer additional items for the ceremony?
Brides can use (for free) any wedding prop that Vecoma has in house. Candelabra, columns, fern stands, podium
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
Tables, chairs, flatware, glassware, dance floor are no additonal charge .
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
Brides are allowed to use any vendors they wish for cakes, photography, music including bands. We are happy to accomodate them.
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?

Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?
Brides rent the entire building. We want them to feel at home. We like them to place portraits of their families and pets around our venue.
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
Beverages are sold at a GREAT PRICE. None allowed brought in.
How many power outlets does the venue have?
Vecoma has abundant power outlets.
What restrictions (if any) on decorations?
None except for no staples, nails or tape. Vecoma is beautiful without decorations. Money spent on nice linen is wiser than spending money on decorations.

Vecoma provides the very best photo ops. No restrictions on photography.
