Our focus is on journalistic style photography. We limit the number of posed and staged photographs and try instead to highlight the laughter, tears, and passion that you and your guests will be feeling without our heavy involvement. We understand that each couple is unique in their style, personality, and biography and strive to produce images that reflect that individuality. Engagement sessions
Engagement sessions are a great opportunity to have fun, romantic and playful photographs of the two of you. It is also a great time to either try out or get to know your wedding photographer. We have found that engagement sessions really give us the opportunity to get to the bride and groom a little better and help "break the ice" prior to one of the most important days of their lives (their wedding day). Val’s interaction with couples who have had engagement photo shoots are so much better on the wedding day that now complimentary engagement sessions are offered. Prior to an engagement session, brides and grooms fill out a questionnaire to help us get started on ideas for a personalized engagement session. A session that truly depicts the personality and relationship of the bride and groom.

Bride & Groom Getting Ready
We spend quality time with the bride and groom getting ready. These are important images and we need your help to make them the best possible.
- We recommend you have your hair and make-up professionally done.
- Please check that the room you will be getting ready in is of adequate size
with plenty of natural window light.
- Please try to arrange ALL flowers delivered and ready to go before we begin
our coverage.
- Please make sure there is a person designated to pin on boutonnieres.

After Ceremony
Although all pictures are important, remember the most important pictures are of the two of you! Reserve about 20 minutes for family formals and the rest for “Romantics” of the two of you.

Reminders
Please provide us with the following at least 30 days before your wedding.
- A copy of the invitation (in an envelope).
- A copy of you final itinerary.
- Any remaining balance.
