Veils
Does a client need to schedule an appointment? How do the client appointments work?
A bride does not need to schedule an appointment. If we can see and agree to example pictures everything can be done by email. This makes it nice and convenient for our brides as planning a wedding is a very busy time.
What wedding dress brands do you carry at your boutique?
All of my veils are 100% handcrafted by myself. I do not purchase any veils from manufactures.
What is the typical turn-around time for a dress?
Once a deposit is received it generally takes 2-4 weeks to handcraft your veil, depending on length and detailing.
Do you provide any guarantees/warrantees of any kind?
Upon receipt of your order you have 5 days to decide if you would like to keep it or return it for a full refund. After 5 days no refund will be given. No refund will be given if the postmark on the return box is after your wedding date. If you need only a small change done to your veil, please ship it back to me and I will gladly make the appropriate changes. Changes to the veil other than what was previously discussed will be charged extra. No refund on Lace Veils as they are original pieces.
Do you have a seamstress onsite?
I do not have a seamstress on site. I am the only one that will be working with you from start to finish.
