Are you a commercial studio or a home-based business?
We are both. Most of the video is edited in my home office and our presentation resources are house in a warehouse.
 
What types, such as unedited footage or special effects, of videography do you offer?
We offer a fully edited video, with titling, custom opening (i.e. special fx), you have the option of single or multiple cameras, wireless mics, raw footage, and much more.
 
Describe any special editing services you offer:
We offer video email thank you cards to send to friends and family who attended your wedding day. These are a big hit. We also offer video invitations.
 
Do you have lighting equipment to accommodate a more dimly-lit event?
Yes, we keep portable lighting with us that can be diffused so not to over power the room and atmosphere.
 
How many videographers do you work with?
My company employees 6 videographers however there will always be myself or business partner attending your wedding.
 
Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event?
Yes. We can set up a consultation to go over the days event or any other questions you may have.
 
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes.
 
Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Yes we do. You will have your own team assigned to you dedicated to your wedding day.
 
Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?
We do have experienced replacments on call incase such an event is necessary
 
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
We bring mid-sized proffesional grade 3CCD cameras. Portable lighting and audio. Tri-pods and Hard Disck Recording.
 
Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes we always have an extra camera on-site. Your footage is also shot onto a hard drive to insure the footage is backed up.
 
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
There's never really breaks. Sometimes there is time in between events that give us an opportunity to take a quick one but most of the time not many.
 
Do you charge overtime?
Yes. If you need us to stay later there is an overtime fee.
 
Do you give access to your raw footage?
Yes. We can include your raw footage into your wedding package.
 
Do you reserve the right to use the video in the future for promotions, contents, etc.?
We will use some of the images to promote ourselves in future demo reels.
 
Is the client involved in the editing process? If so, how much input does the client have in editing?
The bride is involved for the key layout of the video. Editing is left to the post-production team.
 
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
3-6 months depending on the time of year of your event,

Tips and Advice
Always ask to see a full length version of the videographers work. That way you can see what a whole wedding looks like put together and get a sense of how your video will look. HDR- Hard Disk Recording. Make sure your videographer is able to back up his footage on digital disk. Most videographers shoot on mini DV which is not the greatest format. Tapes can be defective or disintegrate over time. Having it backed up digitally insures your footage is safe.
