There are 2 of us. We are a husband and wife team.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Since there are 2 of us, there is a 100% guarantee one or both of us will be there for your wedding.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Rarely, but sometimes we may break ourselves up if their are requests for 2 smaller weddings in a weekend. We are a husband and wife team so there are two of us to cover a multiple of events.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
We are a husband and wife team. So if one of us can't make it, there will always be the other.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
I have two digital cameras ~ 40D, 4 lenses, 2 flashes, battery charger, & extra batteries
Do you charge hourly or full day?
Full day
Do you charge for travel?
If it is 75 miles outside of 12534.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Website & CD
How long can the client keep the proofs?
You own them as soon as I finish editing them and putting them on a CD
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
No, but would like recognition as photographer of the photos.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes. Usually within a week, sometimes less. Depends on my work load.
What kind of albums do you offer?
Hard cover digital coffee table books. If we have a consult, I bring a couple with me as samples for viewing.
