Do you offer a tasting for potential clients?
We are one of the only caterers int he Chicagoland area that offer complete tastings to our clients prior to any deposit or contract. We understand the importance of pleasing your and your guests' tastebeds, therefore we our very confident in our foods' ability to please.
Are you also able to provide the wedding cake?
Yes. Many of our pre-set wedding packages include the Wedding Cake. This can be as simple or as elaborate as you wish. We ask for a drawing of the cake that your dreams wish for, and you may work hand in hand with our pastry chef in ensurings that wish comes true.
If a bride decides to bring her own wedding cake, do you have a cake cutting fee? If yes, how much is the fee?
Brides may bring in their wedding cake and/or sweet buffet. There is no extra charge for cake cutting.
Are you licensed to sell alcohol? If yes, where are you licensed?
We are licensed in DuPage County and with the State of Illinois.
Do you allow outside alcohol? If yes, what is the corkage fee?
We have a plentiful array of bar packages, including Premium or Standard Full Bars, Beer, Wine, and Soda Only Bars, or simply packages that allow the client to bring in their own liquor while we provide garnishes and ice. True Cuisine does not have a corkage fee.
Do you provide rentals for items such as linens and flatware?
We can work with the client to arrange rentals that softly compliment the decor of the tables.
Are you able to provide your own wait staff?
True Cuisine receives just as many compliments on our staff as on our food. We have an outstanding staff, that is there when needed yet not too populated throughout the crowd.
