All About Catering Co.	Trilogy at Vistancia provides a dream wedding and reception for all brides and grooms. They have a simply beautiful lawn with an amazing view for the ceremony. Their ballroom provides glass from top to bottom which can be open to a gorgeous patio. This is a gem nestled in the far northwest valley.

Are there any special characteristics about this venue such as scenery or architecture? Mountain and Golf Course views. Exceptional service. Exquisite ballroom which opens up to additional seating on patio.

How many people does the space *comfortably* accommodate? Our ballroom accommodated up to 220, but we can extend the ballroom onto the patio to seat up to 300.

How does your venue determine the cost of the space? We have a flat rental fee for the ballroom and additional upgrade packages per table.

Do you offer any special services? Upgraded linen rentals and chair covers and place setting favors. We offer full service event planning and day-of-event coordination.

Do you offer any special packages for rehearsal dinners? Our onsite restaurant, the Verde Grill offers a variety of rehearsal dinner options.

Do you offer an on-site wedding consultant? Yes

Do you offer additional items for the ceremony? Wedding Chairs, Aisle Runner, Arch and Unity Table

Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware? We do provide a number of rental options including, but not limited to table linens, chair covers, flatware and table settings, place card holders and guest favors, additional chairs and tables and a variety of tenting for outdoor events.

What is your staff-to-guest ratio? Our onsite banquet staff includes me, my banquet captain and 2 additional staff members for each event.

Do you require brides to use a specific list of vendors? We offer a list of preferred vendors, but do not limit our brides to use only those vendors.

Do you require the wedding party to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is there an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians? No, and there is no additonal fee for outside musicians.

Do you have cooking facilities? We have a small kitchen best used for prepping. There is not a full-service kitchen onsite.

Do you provide your own catering? If yes, can a bride opt to use an outside caterer if she prefers? We offer onsite catering through our Verde Grill Restaurant and we work exclusively with Atlasta Catering and All About Catering Co.

Do you have a liquor license? Yes.

Can the bride provide her own alcohol if desired? No.

Does your venue often accommodate more than one wedding at a time? We only host one Event per day.

Do you offer security, if requested? Yes.
