What types, such as unedited footage or special effects, of videography do you offer?
All our DVDs are tightly edited with multiple cameras and special effects. Unedited raw footage is available however.

Describe any special editing services you offer:
We are experienced video editors, and will piece together a tasteful recap of the day's events. Music selections of your choice can accompany the video. Plus we utilize a number of video effects to accentuate key moments -- things like slow motion and the use of black and white sequences versus color. Your finished DVD will be "broadcast quality." In our editing suite, we use an Apple G5 Mac Pro computer, Sony editing deck, and FinalCut Pro video editing software. This combination of top-of-the-line pre- and post-production equipment guarantees you a broadcast quality product that will very likely "turn heads" when you show it to friends and family. With the end product on a digital video disk (DVD), you'll have a product that you'll be proud to show for years to come.

Do you have lighting equipment to accommodate a more dimly-lit event?
Absolutely, we use natural lighting whenever and wherever possible. All our cameras are very high end commercial grade that can shoot in low light and if needed they have on board lighting available.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
On location, we use Canon broadcast quality cameras and Azden wireless microphones to capture every scene, every image, and every sound that takes place at your wedding. We have some very specialized equipment available, including a Glidecam stabilization system that enables us to shoot perfectly smooth video while going up or down a staircase, or walking or running with the wedding couple.

Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
We have spare batteries and backups for every piece of critical equipment.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
Our breaks are taken when the events going on allow one. While on break the camera is rolling making sure we don't miss a beat.

Do you charge overtime?
We have an overtime charge for time needed over eight hours. Usually this is not the case. Any overtime is signed off with your agreement.

Do you give access to your raw footage?
Raw footage is available within a week or two for a small fee.

Do you reserve the right to use the video in the future for promotions, contents, etc.?
We do reserve the right to use a video for future promotions and website samples. If you are sensitive about our use of your video, we will void this in our agreement.

How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
It usually takes us four to six weeks to produce a finished wedding video.

Why should I think about capturing my wedding on video?
There are a number of good reasons to capture the most important day of your life on video. Perhaps first and foremost is the fact that it is a special and wondrous moment in time that will never come again. By capturing it on video, you’ll be able to relive it and share it with friends, family, children, and even grandchildren.

Tips and Advice
Is it worth the extra expense to capture your wedding or other special event on video? The answer is a resounding yes, for a long list of reasons:

Re-live the entire event, not just the particular moments and venues where you were personally present.

Remember all of the special moments, from the wedding vows to the front steps of the church to the best man's toast.

Share the excitment of your wedding day, by distributing copies of your video on DVD to family members or members of your wedding party.

Brighten the day of an elderly relative or long-distance friend, who was unable to attend by mailing them a copy of your video.

Show your children or grandchildren, what your wedding day was actually like.

Go beyond photographs alone. With video, you can capture the joy and splendor of your wedding day. Hear what was being said. Feel the emotions. Relive the moment.

Notice the details that you may have missed. Your wedding day is emotional, fast-paced, and in the blink of an eye, it's over. Through the wonder of video, you can go back and notice all of the details and special moments that you might have missed the first time around.

Capture on video a moment in time that will never come again.

Reminisce about your wedding day whenever you are in the mood or frame of mind.

Having your own wedding video produced by Timeless Creations,®LLC is like having the "director's cut" of your favorite movie. You'll see not only the official program, but also people's reactions at various times of the day, plus plenty of what was happening behind the scenes. It's a piece of your personal history, and Timeless Creations,®LLC is going to help you get it right. Visit us at  www.timelesscreations.tv
