Jillian Cooper is the owner of A Time Forever. She attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with a concentration of Public Relations. She has a keen eye for detail, and is very organized. She enjoys watching details come together. Jillian has always loved planning events. It is a passion to her, so she would like to give a hand to those that are interested in making their dreams come true.
