I price based on the design of the cake, ingredients being used and the time involved.

Do you offer custom cakes, or do you work with pre-designed styles?
I believe that a cake should reflect the personality of the bride and groom and make a statement. Therefore, I have a detailed questionaire that allows me to understand what each client is trying to accomplish with their cake on their wedding day.
What (if any) special ingredients, such as fresh fruits or farm-fresh butter, do you use in your cakes?
I use only the freshest ingredients available and have a wide range of fillings and flavors of cake available. I use the freshest butter, fruit for fillings, the finest liquors, and the richest creams.
On average, how far in advance of the event do you prepare the cake?
I start preparing the cake 3 days in advance. Any sugar work that is involved is started earlier. It really just depends on the design. A simple syrup is used which keeps the cake incredibly moist.
How many cakes do you schedule for a typical weekend?
I only accept two wedding cake orders per weekend.
Will you work with the client's florist to garnish the cake?
Absolutely! I work very closely with the florist to make sure I have everything I need to make the finished product extraordinary.
What (if any) cake accessories, such as a cake stand or cake cutter, do you rent out?
We work together on an as need basis.
Do you offer delivery? If yes, how much is your average delivery fee?
I do offer delivery. The fee is based on the location and can be anywhere from $50-$75. An average delivery can take anywhere from a minimum of one hour to two hours. This fee is to cover time and travel expenses.
