The Terrace Club is known for our stunning Hill-Country views as well as for our captivating sunsets. We are also known for our attention to detail, the dedication and performance of our staff, and for our need to please.
 
How does your venue determine the cost of the space?
We charge one per-person price attached to our catering menus. Once you determine the menu that best fits your tastes, the per person price is affixed. The per-person price includes the facility rental, catering, staffing including the coordinators, tables, chairs, white linens, centerpieces, decorations, set-up, decorating, clean-up and take down. We do have a ceremony fee that includes both indoor and outdoor ceremony areas, white ceremony chairs, one-hour rehearsal time the day before the wedding with a coordinator, coordinator for the ceremony, and 2 hours prior to the start of the ceremony to utilize the bride's and groom's changing suites. We do no thave our liquor license, so you are required to bring in your own alcohol. Included in our bar fee is the service of all alcohol brought in, bartender(s), all glassware, non-alcoholic beverages, mixes, straws, limes, salt and margarita machine with mix.

We provide on-site coordinators to assist in all aspects of planning your special day. You have unlimited access to us for any questions or planning concerns you might have. The coordinators help throughout the entire process, including the day of the ceremony, to ensure your event goes as seemlessly as possible.
 
Do you offer any special packages for rehearsal dinners?
We have both rehearsal dinner and bridal luncheon packages. If you book your wedding and/or reception with us, we provide these packages at a reduced rate. Please call us for more details.
 
Do you offer additional items for the ceremony?
We have a unity candle/sand/ceremony table, two white pillars and two large urns for arrangements
