Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

Yes, The Pros have a back up photographer for every event that we book

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?

Everything that the photographers needs to do the job.

Do you charge hourly or full day?

The Pros prices are based on the photo package that you choose

Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?

$60 a 1/2 hr beyond 8 hours

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

The photographer usually takes a break when people are eating.

Do you charge for travel?

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?

Your photos will be online 2-4 weeks after your wedding and your cd roms will be shipped to at the same time. You will get an email when anything happens

In what format are the initial proofs offered?

high resolution cd roms with full reprint rights

How long can the client keep the proofs?

for ever

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?

Both the bride and The Pros has copyrights to all of the images.

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

Yes unless the bride asks The Pros not too.

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?

yes, all digital negatives are on high resolution cd rom with full reprint rights

Will images be available for viewing online?

yes, 2-4 weeks after the wedding
