Our stately facility has indoor and outdoor venues available to create a unique experience specifically catered to you and your guests. Say "I Do" in our beautifully restored 1927 courtroom, sip on cocktails in the lively decorated atrium and dance the night away the Traveling Exhibit Hall. With the help of our professional staff, we can make your event more memorable than you can imagine! Whether you envision a grand event, or an intimate gathering, your wedding can be anything your heart desires at The History Center.

You'll find the ideal setting for all your wedding events including engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, ceremony, and reception.

The classic 1927 Courtroom makes an elegant setting for up to 150 guests and our larger gallery can accommodate up to 225 guests. Heritage Square courtyard directly in front of the History Center is a beautiful setting for outdoor ceremonies up to 200 guests and receptions up to 300 guests. We also include the first floor atrium for a cocktail hour between the ceremony and reception.
Availability is limited due to the uniqueness of our location. Only one wedding can be offered per day, making your ceremony truly historic. You may choose from the following services to create your perfect day:

Full use of the specified venue space for a 4-hour event, 2 hours permitted for vendor setup, 1 hour for breakdown
Ceremony coordination available for minimal fee if held in the 1927 Courtroom B or Heritage Square
Convenient Downtown Parking Available for an additional charge
Reduced rates available for Friday and Sunday Weddings (except December)
Options available for child-care during your event

Our Event Planners work closely with a number of services in the Central Florida area. We only ask that you choose one of the fine caterers who have an exclusive relationship with the History Center. The following Caterer's are available to choose from:
