Dear Bride,

Congratulations on your engagement and thank you for your inquiry! When you are shopping for a venue there will be many different options. If you desire a classy, elegant and personalized facility dedicated to your happiness, the Hawthorns is what you are looking for. We will tailor the entire event to your specific style and are always available to assist you throughout your planning process. I have never done the same wedding twice so I don’t believe in trying to squeeze every bride into defined packages. Minimums depend on the specific date you are interested in.

Our facility has the great capability of hosting an outdoor ceremony with indoor reception. In case of inclement weather we can host the ceremony inside in one half of our ballroom and have the reception in the other half immediately following the service. I would be more than happy to give you a tour and create an estimate for you based on the information you have provided!

The Facility- Our Room Rental fee is $850 for Saturdays and $425 for Friday and Sundays during wedding season and includes the entire ballroom, ceremony site, and pre-function space. We encourage the use of our facility prior to your event for your Bridal Shower and Rehearsal Dinner! You will be able to enter the ballroom at 10:00 the morning of your event and possibly earlier depending upon availability.
Set-up, Clean-up, Tables, Chairs, Linen (black, white or ivory), Dance Floor, China, Flatware, Bridal Rooms, are all included in the facility rental.

The Food - Executive Chef J.R. Thomas is a master craftsman and a proven leader in the culinary field. If you see something on our menu that you would like to customize please do not hesitate to ask. We are more than happy to create a specific dish just for you!

The Faculty- Our Staff has over 50 years experience in the Hospitality/Wedding field and we are here for you! I will be available to you in every step of the wedding planning process.
