Are there any special characteristics about this venue such as scenery or architecture?
Our beautiful rose garden filled with thousands of blooming roses features a slate-tile roofed gazebo, perfect for wedding ceremonies. A view of a fountain-filled lake is in the background. Our reception room has a very wide deck surrounding it with views of the gardens.
How does your venue determine the cost of the space?
A flat fee for a minimum hour block, with an additional fee for chair set up at the Gazebo. Extra hours are also available, within specified windows.
Do you offer additional items for the ceremony?
3 ft. high white wicker flower stands.

Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
We only rent coffee urns
What is your staff-to-guest ratio?
One staff member is present throughout your rental time.
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
Only for caterers do we have a preferred list. Renters can choose a caterer not on the list for an additional fee and additional security deposit.
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?
No requirements about musicians.
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
Yes.
How many power outlets does the venue have?
One outlet at the Gazebo for ceremonies, many outlets in the reception room.
What restrictions (if any) on decorations?
No loose rose petals, confetti or glitter are allowed in the reception room. No scattering of rose petals (fake or real) is allowed at the Gazebo, nor are rice and birdseed allowed. No ribbons or bows may be attached to the ceremony chairs. In the reception room, decorations can only be attached using clear packing tape. Nothing may be attached to the ceiling or light fixtures.

No restrictions. Photography must occur during your paid rental time.

Amplified dance-type music is not allowed outdoors in the evening. Ceremony music at The Gazebo is fine.

Describe your bathroom facilities:
Men's bathroom has one handicapped stall and two urinals. Women's has one handicapped stall and two regular stalls. Bathrooms are just off the reception room.

We have a private parking lot with 55 spaces. There also ample parking on the street.
